After introducing COVO hair salon in my first few posts, they have expanded and now there's a branch at Tanjong Pagar Road!

Ryu, my stylist that has been pampering/taking care of my tresses is heading the salon together with his colleague in this quaint little place that's bound to take your stress and worries away, with beautiful hair to boot ;)

So, I've been trying to decide on a hair color that's different from the usual that I chose. Which are the safer colors like brown, ash, gold etc.

(No, not really)

I thought.... why not, red for a change?

For the color that I wanted, it requires Ryu to bleach my roots and dye the top part of my hair. Due to a bad experience at my previous salons, my roots were pretty damaged but Ryu did an exceptional job in keeping it healthy and smooth even after the bleach!

To be honest, I was afraid it might look too overwhelming or really horrible on my tanned skin. But turns out, I adore it SO MUCH after seeing the end result! Topping copper red with bright red hues below, Ryu didn't even have to show me the color palettes prior, I trusted him and his mad skillz.
